    Default Medano Pass

The wife and I decided to run Medano pass and a attempt a few other trails today. We started out for Medano Pass about 8:30 and descided to run it from Westcliffe to the Sand Dunes. After a nice scenic drive we arrived at the trailhead about 12:30.

and some more.... we did stop for lunch just after a water crossing and a blue 80's style land cruiser drove by and I could have sworn it had a FrontRange4x4 sticker across the front windshield.

It was fun I wanted to do this a few years back after I lifted my S-10 but never had the time. Even with it being a holiday it was not busy at all only seen 6 vehicles the whole run. Look forward to your pics. The wife and I took 146 just along Medano.

You got to the trailhead at 12:30. How long did it take to get to the dunes?
