    Final two pages. Hint:Hit the pulley nut and the adjustment nut assembly with some PB Blaster a few times a day or so before doing the rebuild. Use a socket extension to hold the pulley wedged in place while it is still on the engine and break the nut loose. You don't need a puller if you do this carefully:just lightly tap all the way around the pulley and it should just pop off. Lightly tap it back on before you thread the nut back on using some anti-seize on both the nut and pulley splines.
