OURAY!!

Well, seemed to be some interest in the idea. I have no off road experience in Ouray, but know the town. There are WAY more qualified people to take the helm on this one. I figured if we plan this one early, more may be able to make it?

If I can make it I'd be happy to lead on any trail since I'm pretty familiar with the area.

For the record, which should be broken, we have yet to have an Ouray Run.

I was hoping to make that trip either august 1-4 or 8-11.
i figured 4 days to complete the trails we discussed but of course I am open to other ideas.

I have no preference, I will do my best to get what ever days off. I am a bit terrified of Ouray on the 4th weekend though.......Ranger Chris no likey large groups of people.........

That would be a lot of fun and I'd have to agree 4th of July would be a bad weekend I'm not familiar with the area but I bet a bunch of people have those couple days off and wanna vacation somewhere nice like Ouray

How about August? Let's see if we can find a date that works. The Ampitheater campground looks over the city and is a nice place that we've stead at with our trailer. Probably go way again myself. I think there's one called 4something that's close to town but packs people in pretty tightly though that's just an observation, never stayed there.
