I don't know where any of the trails are yet, and prefer to go with another or a group "just in case". I am looking for creeks and nice views as opposed to crazy obstacles, but do prefer trails that you won't catch a civic on.

Go on trail damage and search around on the map for something near by and post it up if I can get the day off of work and it's not during school I'll tag along!

Yep. Jim, Max and I hit Kelly flats last year and had a good time. I can definitely see our little group hitting a bunch of northern stuff this summer. As long as the flood didn't destroy everything there is plenty to do up here. Mild to wild and everything in between.

Most of the trails I'm looking at this year are in the North, just waiting for them to open. http://www.fs.usda.gov/wps/portal/fs...&pname=Arapaho

To a small extent, FS are claiming major damage on trails like Sevenmile from the flood, but the areas in questions were the way they are now way before the flood. I have been talking to the Mountaineers on a regular basis seeing if there is anything I could do to help get it reopened. This is the first time in a long time that Sevenmile has ever closed usually open year round.

I'm Interested in doing trails up north as well make sure to tag me in on any trips weekends and a weeks notice for the most part will get me there. Only catch is work my busy season is the same as off road busy season so work will keep me away here and there. Really hope to get my Off road trailer going for some camping this summer. Another budget killer. Need Tires for the jeep and Tires + a few walls and a tail gate on the trailer and I'll be set.
