I bought some jeep stuff from a guy south of castle rock who does great fab work. Id consider using a memebrs expertise first and if you like I can get you his nunber Tuesday when I go back to work.

Im curious what you budget is if you dont mind me asking.

There are a few quality shops along the front range. Have you tried contacting any of them?

You mention a fair price. What do you consider fair?

To help give an idea about the expenses of doing any tube work, 1.75" DOM goes for about $5.00/ft if you buy enough weight. That would make a 20' stick about $100. Most exo's I have built take about 3 full sticks of 1.75" tubing and usually more lengths of a smaller size of tubing. So for just the very basics in materials you'd be in it for $300-500 and that still has yet to include any labor for bending, fitting, welding, or even coating the tube work. Last couple "simple" exo's that I have done, I billed the labor somewhere between 15-30 hours. And sometimes more depending on coating options chosen. Our shop rate is fairly cheap for Boulder County at $80/hour. I will let you finish up the math.

    Hope that this helps!

Do you have an idea of what exactly you are wanting as for design? That will be the best place to start, cause there is such variations in exos that the sky is the limit as long as your wallet can afford it. Last one I did was $1500 for labor and then materials on top of that I didn't charge for the design work cause the owner gave me free run on design.

Also if there will be any holes going thru the body has an affect on the prices usually.

I was looking at a pretty simple exo for the most part, I don't know of 1500 hundred is a good ball park to start at, I've just started doing research and found a few designs that I like.
