I haven't, but they are generally easy to take apart and replace seals on and such. Most of the shocks they make are designed to be field serviceable using only basic hand tools, though it may require a special spanner to get the "nut" off the bottom of the shock. Depressurize, disassemble, replace the o-rings and seals, re-assemble in the reverse order and refill with new oil, find someone to charge it with nitrogen and you are good to go. Might be worth changing the valving if you feel like its off too, though that can be more involved unless you are just changing out flutter shims.

I've been meaning to do this to my Sway Away's for a while. I think the hardest part is finding the Nitrogen if you don't already have it. The Nitrogen fill kits are expensive, but there are a few places around town that do refill's (High Country is the first to come to mind).

    Have fun...take pictures

Sounds like a plan...shouldn't be too hard.
