Default 3 Gulches in the snow?

Has anyone run the 3 Gulches outside of Woodland Park in the winter? Hackett/Longwater/Metberry?

They are rated fairly high without snow. Sprinkle a little snow on top that rating can drastically go up.

Just tossing around the idea of a trail run in this area. I think all 3 in a day during the summer could be a long day, so more than likely this trip would be just 1 of the 3- 2 if there isn't much snow. I've spent time on some other trails in this area in the winter and have had a great time.

    Anyone?

having been on one or the other, honestly not sure which, whilst ATV riding, not sure id want to come back up any of those steep hills with snow! a winch should be required on all vehicles. but it sounds like a good time!

Doing all 3 in a day is a long day to say the least. the snow adds trouble on all 3 trails on the north sides. Hackett at the bottom and the rocks are in the trees and stay icy in winter , Long water on the lower section is also north facing , but better because the fire took out the shade. Metberry above the rock down by the river can get tricky if there is a big snow fall because it is also in the trees on the lower section and can be slick. winches are needed in some places because some places there is no straight place for a pull, I had to be winched on some lower sections on Hackett because of the tight turns when I blew up my motor in June on Hackett. If all is well you can do all 3 in a day.
