Peru Creek and Spurs Trail Run Report

Peru Creek is the smoothest graded 2 wheel drive 4x4 road I've ever been on. Very scenic and the two spurs we hit were fun. By far Chihuahua Gulch was the most interesting. I enjoyed meeting members I've never met before. Did some video and think I've got the shaking nailed, though my card went haywire before we got to the spurs. Reformatted it at home and seems to be ok now. Lots of pics to upload. They are being exported from lightroom now.

I really enjoyed Peru Mine and the mine up Cinnamon Gulch alot. We didn't make it up Warden Gulch but did find Paul camping at it when we got to the bottom of Chihuahua.

Unfortunately I missed ajk150's PM that he was running late. I'd left the house before it was sent. No problems AJ. Please join in another run.

Brayton and I had a blast on the trails with all of you guys. Thanks, Tom, for putting it together! It was great to get to meet some of you guys and put faces with your avatars. I hope to be able to make at least one more run with FR4x4 before the snow takes over.

I didn't run with the group, but if you don't blink you can see Rob, Chris, Alex and Tom between 1:25 and 1:35. It's a beautiful area, I'm going back for sure. It was *&%#ing COLD last night, we got a few storms and sleeping was rough, but aside from that camping is awesome there and there is a lot to see and do. http://vimeo.com/74082729
