My little buddy didn't leave my side once tonight in his effort to help me make dinner
.
My partner in crime with the ambulances will be on Fox31 tonight acting stupid with another Broncos super fan Orange Vader. Check em out at 9:45pm.
Trying to finish up a project due Monday but am trying to get it done before Saturday morning so I can skip work this weekend. My oldest nephew is graduating high school on Saturday and is the valedictorian. I would like to go hear him speak and then go celebrate him. Kid's amazingly smart. Was on Dean's list, National merit winner, and a scholarship to Mines where he starts in the fall. So proud of that dude.

Been busy working on my newest project around here, me. End of April I decided to set myself 3 goals for this summer. In order to achieve these goals I need to be stronger and healthier. I changed my diet and have now lost another 15 lbs. After a 2 year break from climbing I had not put back on the previous 20+ lbs I had lost, 182 lbs feels a lot better than 220. May has been cigarette free for me and I even stopped drinking Mt Dew. Hiked Hanging Lake last weekend, had to share a picture of that amazing beauty. Got outside climbing yesterday and really impressed myself how strong I am getting.

Good to hear the progress on diet change - with good progress! How was the shuttle or ticket process for Hanging Lake (I heard some change was made)?
Memorial Day 2019
On June 6, 1944, Allied forces stormed the beaches of Normandy in northern France. Their goal: to liberate Western Europe from Nazi tyranny. From a distance, it might seem that victory was pre-ordained, but no one felt that way at the time. British military historian Peter Caddick-Adams tells the incredible story of what happened on that monumental day.
Mmmm. Homemade pepperoni and green pepper pizza is what's for dinner
Outside my kitchen window yesterday. I almost spilled my coffee when I looked out and saw them! One was standing on is hind legs reaching for an empty suit feeder hanging from a pulley. (I had to reach for my phone so I missed that shot, but you get the picture...)! These guys were HUGE!

Nice. It is always a pleasure to have wildlife around for sure. This one was about 100 yards from my place a couple of weeks ago, caught by the trail cam i leave up. Unfortunately it got stuck in infrared mode for some reason.

Saw me some CLASSIC Death Wobble the other day. One lane each way nearly void of traffic US-6 eastbound in NE with a westbound Wrangler type nicely illuminated with late afternoon sun. Front wheels REALLY dancing. Driver edging to the shoulder and slowing.
Only time seeing it live.
