Did the Moab precip keep you from running any trail or portion of trail?

Working on a trail run post. We did head out, but got a very late start as we waited for the snow to melt off. I had 4 or 5 inches on top of the Jeep after 10am when I finally went out to load up for the day.

I measured 10 inch out front when I left for work ( no traffic so no problem)
    it kept snowing all day.
    finished at like 16 inch’s.

    Happy Thanksgiving all!

I hope everyone was able to focus on all of the many blessings we are each afforded. I know I certainly struggle with that at times.

Wishing all endless more blessings and the gratitude that comes with them.

We had some friends and family over for dinner. Small gathering compared to other years, only 14 of us total, some years we have had up to 28.

    Canonball run anyone?

    www.foxnews.com/auto/cannonball-run-record-27-hour

    2825 miles...

They followed the so-called northern route along I-80, I-76, I-70 and I-15 at an average speed of 103 mph, and hit a top speed of 193 mph at an undisclosed location.

Oh, and "bad gas" in Denver (no 93 octane and the 91 caused motor issues).

The vid was informative to watch. The ride was a group effort - not just three guys in a car.

I’d be up for a ride along Jim. Let me know when you set the date.

wondering how technology has changed the old 'smokey and bandit' type blocker to attract the cops and keep the heat off of primary car....and then how much they paid in fines as a group....

Your jeep has a higher top end than mine - though sadly neither can come anywhere close to their top speed - and if we could, we'd be stopping for gas every 40 miles.

Would like to introduce everyone to the newest member of our fleet. A true "workhorse", a Kawasaki Mule 4x4 with rear locker, winch, plow, and powered dump bed. Perfect for keeping the property clear and clean. And should be quite handy on some job sites as well.

Since we have moved in to our new place, a little over a year ago, we have had 3 snow storms that our little garden tractor with plow, wheel weights, and chains just couldn't handle or keep up with. And without help from our VERY kind and generous neighbors, we would have been snowed in without a way off our property, without days worth of work.

This last storm took me over 4 days to clear all the driveways (over 1200 liner feet) and walkways on our property. Plus the road out front of our place since the county doesn't plow out here. Now, it should only take a couple of hours. Woohoo!

Thanks to everyone who lent us their advice while we searched for this new piece of equipment!
