Seems to be a bit of exaggeration imo. If I read it correctly I think they are saying 19” on Longs Peak. I was just on mountain-forecast and see only 10” predicted for Longs.

Nice. We were able to get a few pumpkins out of the back yard this year. It was a nice crop that filled out the area by the shed... it's usually pretty barren back there.

A blue Mazda CX-5 is in lane 2 and is about to miss the 5th lane exit. He abruptly cuts in front of a truck from lane 2 with almost zero notice - clipping a New Defender in lane 4 & sending it rolling at least 6 times!

Thankfully the passengers in the New Defender escaped with only minor injuries. - No doubt an incredible testimony to the Defender's 5-star safety rating.

Just spent some time on the Colorado Trail and came across this mining situation near the Buffalo Creek Burn Scar. From a distance I could see something colorful in the dirt but we thought it was just moss or something natural. When we got closer you couldn't see anything, just a flat hilltop that was pretty nondescript from the trail. We decided to explore and it turns out the hilltop is part of a former mine, the whole hill is terraced and stripped. It looks like the hilltop collapsed and crushed a couple of mining vehicles. It couldn't have been too long ago, the dashboard of one still looked functional. IDK if it was part of the fire, part of the aftermath or unrelated but it was pretty cool. I haven't seen it in any of the guides or videos I've been looking at for the CT, if you don't detour a little you'll just pass it. Colorado is so much fun.

interesting....not something I know about - but the military jeep world is its own thing. Kind of like an early flat fender version of the m170....
this is the round fender cj version - I would love to have one and replace my cj5 with a cj6, but the engine swap and energy needed for a big build has been dented by the 58 wagon...but its in Ft Co so someone should go get it!
