Looking at your pics - did you remove the little thingers that help to hold the rotors tight?
If not those need to come off so the spacers get a flush fit against the rotor. Could be different for JK's but not sure. They had to come off my TJ per instructions.
I'm running 1.25" Spydertrax spacers. Have been for years.

Looks good! Jim is right, the retainers do need to come off or (atleast) you'll never get a true alignment. I've been running Rough Country spacers for over 2 years now with no issues whatsovever. I do check the torque everytime I have a wheel off, so far so good.

Sounds good then. The retainers on older styles do stick out a hair.
