The list submission layout has several items to fill in. One of them is:
"Availability: (generic days & times to contact or NOT contact)"
I'm thinking the word "availability" should be changed to a clearer heading: "OK to Contact"
Some folks, in making submissions to put themselves onto the list (Thank You), comment that they are only available to hit a trail for help at certain times - and even if they list themselves as available they might not be available at the specific time called. None of us are guaranteed to be available to hit a trail when a call comes in. I'm listed as "24x7" but there will be times I'm out of state and obviously can't pitch in.
I'd like to change the "Available" heading to an "OK to Contact" heading. I'm OK with someone looking for help to call me 24x7 and 3am or 10am is fair game for a call to come in. I might be out of state and can't help, but it would be OK to give me a call and find out. Some folks might not wish to be called/texted/emailed at certain times (don't wish to be awoken, etc) and that's fine too.
The thought I run with: What times of the day / days of the week would it be OK for someone to call me to see if I'd be able to help out.
What say ye... Change "Availability" to "OK to Contact"? Other suggestion?
