Hello Hello FrontRange!
Lets see. I've lived in Texas my whole life. I love Texas. After graduating college, my wife and I wanted a change. Denver, Colorado was at the top of the list. So here we are. Moved here in September and love it here. It is so dry. Texas humidity is 130% all day every day. Its HOT.
A little back story. My family has been coming up to Colorado our whole lives. Its so beautiful here. The air is crisp, the scenery and weather are unbeatable. I've also been 4x4'n since before I was born. My Dad and Mom explored all over Colorado in a late 80's 2dr Blazer 4x4. My Dad loved that truck. "Gutless" he always said. Sadly a drunk driver took the S10 to the junk yard in the sky.
Anyways. Ive been 4x4'n for a while. Nothing too technical though. Sadly, Ive have yet to be able to afford a serious rock crawling machine. (One day ) Texas 4x4'ing is different though. Its a lot of mud and rocks. Trails get bogged down with rain and everything just gets gummed up. There are some nice places to go but nothing like up here. Colorado has to be one of the best places to 4x4 in all of the US. Great trails, great beers, and great food.
About me: Name is Winston. I'm a ginger. Have a wife and a dog. Kids one day but nothing in the near future. Graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Communications. I love to fix things and tinker (Don't we all )

I drive a 1996 Isuzu Rodeo S 3.2L 4x4. I love this truck. Ask anyone who off roads Rodeos and Troopers, they are amazing 4x4's even stock. I'm glad I can bring some diversity to the FrontRange.
Its got a 2" Calmini lift. I'm running 265/70R16 Treadwright Guard Dogs. <---I love these tires. I'd like to get some rock sliders fabbed up too. Eventually prolly a Aussielocker in the rear.
(The 2 snowy pics are from Webster Pass. Didn't get too far on it due to snow but still had some fun)
Took a trip up Ballard road a week or so ago. I know how much people like vids so here is one I took on it.
