Depending on how taxes look this year, I think a couple of ATVs are in my future. My neighbor has two young kids so he is selling his two ATVs and trailer for 7K. I think I might jump on that. Plows and winches included.

Aaron, that is one incredible deal!! Offer him your truck as a trade, just a thought. But 2 atv's w/plow and winch and a trailer for $7 G's, I would go deal now! or at least cinch the deal.
ATVs are a bunch of fun but you are in the weather more. Cant warm up or cool off unless the weather permits. If it rains or snows you are miserable, but I wouldnt change a thing.
I have a trailer and would argue against having one mostly for registration and storage issues. I used to have room at home for it but now I have to pay for storage. ATVs do take up a lot of room in a truck so if you had 2 you would need a trailer, but I have seen racks that could hold 2 on a truck.
Those are really popular in the Midwest. Rocket Scientist (Jeff) was staying with us for awhile until he could locate a home and was telling us about them. Here are a couple of pictures and links for the tandem pickup ATV racks:

Thats what I was thinking myself. I had seen one in the wally world parking lot and it had 2 of em on there. Looked awkward sitting that high but it would work. Store easier than a trailer. My problem is I have a tool box that is kinda heavy and a pain to get in and out. Thats nearly 2' of lost space. I guess I could make one myself for fairly cheap and just build it for the tool box.
I saw one a while back that was built above the cab. the guy had his quad above the roof and was pulling his 5th wheel
That would work as well. My wife found a place that makes bike and ATV racks that slide in to the front or rear receiver hitch. That could be another possibility.
