I have a hand rivetter, not a pneumatic one though. If I remember it also only handles one size shank, although you can change out to the tip to whatever size, so if you want to run a bigger rivet you just have to buy the tip, which I am sure is under $5. You are welcome to it, or to check it out if you want. I am around just about any time.

Hey Steve thanks!! However, just got word from a biker friend who has one and is practically giving it to me cause he hasn't used it much. Woohoo! On the condition he can borrow it back of course, lol. So, looks like I'm set!

Glad to hear it! It will probably be happier with it over mine anyways. Mine does just fine for small jobs, but since I am guessing your using it with your interior remodel I bet you would get sick of this one really really fast. it certianly is not made for nailing out 1000 rivets in a day. Looking forward to seeing some pics of the final product!!

Cool. Now we know where to go for a rivet gun.

This week: Off-road Basics, Part I

The proper conduct of a road is not an activity reserved for some crazy people who enjoy a super 4x4, but is a very different from driving a private vehicle. Driving a 4x4 or all-terrain vehicle requires a high level of adaptability and a cautious observation of rapid decision making especially in the mountain. The variety of situations that arise require knowledge, practice and expertise, which only make an informed and experience.

I have a couple of the bigger professional models that you can borrow. One of them has a rotating head that is handy. Give a holler is something else doesn't work out for you. Both of these take multi size rivets, too.

Thanks Brody! I think his has a rotating head too. Not pneumatic, but that's alright, I don't have a compressor anyway.
