Went quickly up Devils Canyon yesterday to check it out. Sign was in good shape and every site I looked at was clean. Probably no need to do the early clean up.

Yes it's complete and includes the windshield channel. This one is for 2009, I don't think it changed in the years of the JK.

Doing some spring cleaning and found this in my shed. I used it for one season back in 2010. No longer have the JKU so don't need it.
