Did 4.56 on my 2door rubi JK on 35's, and 4.88 in a 4dr rubi JK on 37's. Both were great for street and trail with the 4:1 T-case.

Looking good, Matt!
Because it was designed by ze Germans...Same 'reason' in a type 1 it's under the rear bench, LX cars (Charger, 300) it's in the trunk...
I have this H7 AGM (Advance) in my Boxster S, and it works just fine. Add to your cart, sign in/up, but don't check out and they usually send you a 15-20% off code. I think I got it for around ~$160...
Wow, ton of snow!!!! Thanks for the pics, and for your hard work getting everyone back out, Jim.
I'll recommend Brian at Hillside 4x4. He's competent and he and his wife, Brenda, are good people. He's done gears in my Jeep and got my G/F's back up and running after a Boulder Jeep dealer messed...
I was thinking the exact same thing as soon as I saw his rig. I'd recommend pulling the airbag fuse until if/when GM figures it out.
I agree, that's a steep hill and it's super loose. Buddy got hung up on the left side (tree root) and when attempting to back down and go up the right, he got sideways and buried. Luckily he's...
I'm tentatively thinking of running Hackett and Longwater with my GF, and both of our rigs Saturday. I think that area didn't get any of the snow from the recent storms.
Wondering if anyone has been up to Moody hill and/or Crystal Mtn recently. I'm not finding many recent excursions via a search.
I ran Red Elephant a bit earlier this year in my JK. Used the rear locker a few times and had to stack a rock here and there (2.5 lift and 35's). Fun trail for sure. Might run it again soon.
I bet you're much better off with the manual. The computer controlled CVT cars these days are terrible as soon as any kind of slip happens.
After watching that Outback overheat its CVT on a small hill, yeah, no.....
Don't need the tire, but do you still have the Truck-Lites? Price?
So is that how the trail looks after the creek crossing/campground? If so, they really opened it up a lot.
Thanks for the trail report. This one is on my short list, for sure. Looks like a lotta fun, and cool history as well.
Great pics! I'll be out there early next month doing a bunch of the trails.
Small group going down the 'Strangler' including some ATV's.

Was good to get out with the 'group' again. Maria and I had fun.

Looking like stage 1 fire restrictions for that area/county. https://www.parkco.us/AlertCenter.aspx?AID=Stage-I-Fire-Restrictions-Clear-Creek-Ra-29
According to this, Kingston is still closed. Not sure how often they update though. This is a fun trail, would enjoy doing it again soon....
Great pics! I'll be hitting this one sometime next month.
Did them about a month ago, and no closure signage was visible. Also, they have gates they can close, and all were open.
It'll be Maria and I, and we'll be bringing some brownies.
How'd it go?
