    Re: Million Mile Tundra

Pretty cool, too bad the guy in the video doesn't seem to know what he is talking about. 4.7s use a timing belt and if the customer only changed it twice in a million miles then I'm just as impressed...

Very nice. Looks like you took care of all the major rub spots, but there's always something that rubs anyway. Should be a lot of fun finding out.

    Re: Porting exhaust manifolds

If you have an air die grinder then get a decent set of carbide grinding bits and enjoy the fun of grinding cast iron. Just weigh the cost of the bits and your time against just buying a matching...

Re: opinions on a 5th gen 4runner lift

Either way you go both would achieve the desired result of gaining clearance for those 33"s. You will have to do some trimming around the wheel wells and remove your mud flaps usually. The less lift...

    Re: Lockers/diff/axle etc my Silverado

Hmm, it sounds like its not really working as it should, maybe the tires size is throwing it off or its just not working. You do have to get that slipping wheel spinning pretty quick to engage the...

    Re: Considering a 4Runner...

If you are looking for a V8, and why wouldn't you, they were only available from 2003-2009. My 05 is a V8, the first year of the vvti v8 which has a bit more power, and I love it. All the V8s were...

  25. Re: 4runner 4gen build / rear axle conversion to front???

You can check out a guy named Crozhawk on the tr4 forum. He did a really nice 4th gen SAS build. I believe he used a Diamond housing as others have suggested. You can find his rig on youtube as well....
