    Re: Rollins pass/Jenny creek

Well... the back wheel went about 4' up in the air... so not very gradual. The softness caught me WAY off guard. I had built up speed & figured I'd coast over it... uh, yeah.

    You need to get...

Oh... I THOUGHT I was going fast enough.

I also thought it was going to be stiff, didn't expect to dig in like that.

I would very much NOT go down Jenny... not even close to being ready.

Snow line is still so much lower than normal, we can't even ride a bunch of the stuff around...

Are you going backwards on the first portion in that last pic? In general if you have the back protected (I run a upside down hitch to protect my spare) you'll just scrape down the steeper angles on...

The K&G in the ho is free... it looks like the pay type, but it's free.

Sinclair still has air, as does the shell, and conoco in Dumont (significantly faster than the others it seems to me)

he was vaporlocked, when I got back to him, he was trying to figure out how to start it, so I suggested to push it back downhill, so he could have the whole downhill to bump it... it started right up...

Tuck has been wheeling since 5 weeks... we stopped holding his head a year ago. I think he's done Barbour forks more times than most wheelers ;)

Where are you planning on riding?

I'm looking to ride on sat, but not sure on where yet. I usually just ride from the house, but I could be talked into swinging up that way I think.

Re: made a mistake via craigslist

I've done more swaps than I care to admit, and $3700+ is CRAZY money for a used motor. CRAZY. A swap doesn't take that long, and a motor should be nowhere near that cost.

    Call around, it's a...
