    Re: xaza's 94 XJ Build

Good enough only works for so long with me. Found in 4 low coming down obstacles brakes were still not up to the challenge. Ordered the Black Magic super 16 brake kit. This did require me to go to...

    Re: WTB 30x9.5 tires

I have a set of 5 31x10.5. 4 BFG mud terrains and something else for the spare. They have been sitting a 6 years but the BFG have a lot of tread left. Free if you want them.

    Illinois Gulch 1-25-20

We got out for a test run on the trucks this weekend. It had been quite a while since running this trail. Blew my mind how much Little Moab obstacle has rutted out. Managed to struggle our way...

    Re: Exhaust 4.0 jeep

Be careful with tucking exhaust up. I did that with my XJ and it heats up the floorboard over cat and has burned my carpet. I tried adding an extra heat shield to no avail. I smell it burning...

Re: Getting new tires place cant balance

I would try GoGreen, they mounted and balanced my retreads for me. I have had horrible experiences with Pep Boys and will never return there for even picking up fluids.

    Re: Slaughterhouse Gulch?

That is a true bummer. We run Slaughterhouse a lot for break in runs and the back side was just getting fun. If you go left at the fork you are going downhill through the flexy part and is much...

Jim the 5.2 is common and was used for years. The 5.9L was the rare one, only put in GC in 1998.

P1391 is Crankcase or cam shaft sensor circuit, seems you already knew that. It is often the crankcase position sensor which can test out electrically but won't work. Cheap sensors from Autozone,...
