If you like to work on trucks and cars, this is a really cool home. I designed the garage when we moved in twelve years ago, and it has been a great place to work, with a Rotary in-ground lift, heated tile floor, soundproof walls with OSB-backed drywall, lots of storage, partially heated driveway, etc. The home itself is really nice with four bedrooms, three baths, an office, two family rooms with Mendota fireplaces, updated master, and a very private, and pretty, backyard. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the schools are both close and top notch.

Very nice home. I think there was more emphasis put into the garage than the kitchen. :thumb:

We are on the market, and I updated the original post with the MLS link. It doesn't say so yet, but the home will be open from 11 - 2 on Saturday.
